Við hjá Sykurverk viljum að sjálfsögðu að allir þeir sem versla hjá okkur séu ánægðir. Til að tryggja það og koma í veg fyrir misskilning koma hér fram nokkrir skilmálar sem er vert að lesa yfir áður en pantað er.

  • Allur matur pantaður á vefsíðu fer í take-away box og er ekki ætlaður til þess að borða á staðnum.

  • Þegar valið er að sækja pöntun "ASAP" þá þýðir það að við munum útbúa pöntunina við fyrsta tækifæri en viðmiðunar tími er um 15 mínútur, þó getur pöntunin verið örlítið lengur í bígerð ef margar pantanir komu inn á undan.

  • Hægt er að velja um að borga á staðnum eða klára greiðsluna í gegnum Rapyd með korti. 
    Ef ógreidd pöntun verður ekki sótt, þá hefur starfsfólk Sykurverks rétt til að bíða með að framkvæma næstu pantanir frá viðkomandi þar til viðkomandi er kominn á staðinn.

  • Pantanir verða að vera sóttar innan við 60 mínútur frá skráðum afhendingartíma, eftir það verður máltíðin tekin frá.

  • Ef um afsláttarkort er að ræða svo sem eldri borgara eða skóla afsláttur, þarf að sýna kort í afgreiðslu til að fá afsláttinn.

  • Verð á vefsíðu eru birt með fyrirvara um villur og geta breyst án fyrirvara til að samræmast verðskrá Sykurverk Café

At Sykurverk, of course, we want everyone who shops with us to be happy. To ensure this and prevent misunderstandings, here are some terms that are worth reading before ordering.
 

  • Submitting an order through our website is not a confirmation that the order will be fulfilled. It may happen that we are fully booked for a certain date, therefore you will receive a personal email or phone call to confirm the reservation or be notified if it is not possible to fulfill it at the selected time .

  • You have to cancel 3 days in advance, as the space has already been reserved and after that time we often start decorating etc. If you suddenly need to cancel after this time, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total price of the order.

  • When an order is picked up, it is always shown to the person who is picking up, if something is not acceptable in appearance, it is best to let us know before the order is taken so that we can make improvements or fix errors. When the order leaves the site, the appearance is considered good and accepted.

  • If a combination of cream/base/filling, for example, is ordered that the person does not think tastes good enough together, we do not take responsibility for that, as we at Sykurverki work on all our recipes to the best of our ability and take good care of the taste, but we cannot guarantee that everything what we offer fits together well, if you want advice on a combination, that's the least of it, please get in touch.

  • If any allergies are presentneedto let us know about it so that we can make sure that no allergens are transmitted to the order. It is worth noting that although we take good care of all hygiene, our products may contain traces of major allergens as we work with a wide range of ingredients in the kitchen.

  • Once an order has left the premises, it is no longer our responsibility. If a cake is damaged on the way or at the party venue, it is unfortunately not something we can guarantee. It is best to have someone hold the order on the way to the party venue or to place it on a flat surface such as in the trunk of the car and cut it from there, never place the order in a seat as car seats are often slippery and have a slope. If you are unsure about transport, you can order delivery, we guarantee that the order will be delivered safe and sound within Akureyri. In the unfortunate event that an order is damaged when it is out of our responsibility, you can always contact us and we will see if we can make a call to the location to try our best to repair the order for a call-out fee.
     

  • If the home delivery recipient is not at home and/or cannot be reached by phone, the order will be available at the cafe during opening hours. Home delivery fee is not refunded if this situation arises. 
     

  • Shipments abroad: We cannot control how shipments are handled in airfreight, but we label all shipments well and deliver them safely from us to the field. If meals are sent by freight, delivery is the buyer's responsibility.

  • If individual decorations are purchased from us and are in good condition when they leave the premises, we are not responsible if the decoration is damaged, for example, when transferring it to a cake.

  • Prices on the site are published subject to errors and are subject to change without notice.
